Note that if the Ghost Solution Suite cloning executables fail without generating such a diagnostic file, then there is a procedure for that too, which involves obtaining a snapshot of the process at the time of failure. "It crashed" is rather too vague to be useful, especially given that all versions of Ghost Solution Suite (from v1.0, when the product was renamed from Ghost Enterprise v8 to Ghost Solution Suite 1.0) have been extensively tested on multi-terabyte disks and arrays and thus whatever the cause of your problem it is *not* merely a capacity issue. With the Ghost executables from Ghost Solution Suite 2.0 and 2.5, if a problem occurs then the program will write a diagnostic file called GHOSTERR.TXT with all the technical information about the system on which the problem occurred, which can be of great help in determining the cause of the problem.
